The detailing etch is available separately (ref B217) at £15 for those not converting the loco to EM or P4, but who want to improve the detail. This has brake pull rods for the locomotive and for the tender, plus a pattern and material to enable the correct shape sandboxes to be fitted a dummy tank frame, replacement brake blocks, hangers and correct double rod brake rigging, hand brake lever mechanism, vacuum tanks and framework and replacement 00 guard irons.
